About Us

Old School Farm is a proud member of the Care Farming Network. Care farming is the therapeutic use of farming practices for marginalized or vulnerable groups of people.

At Old School Farm, we focus on employing adults with disabilities as “mission farmers” who work in a positive and supportive agricultural environment. Through our partnership with MillarRich, we provide job coaches to mission farmers as needed and allow participants to experience the full scope of working and managing a regenerative farm. Most of the produce grown by our mission farmers is donated to local food programs to support families in need in the Nashville community. We also sell some of our produce to Juniper Green, a local catering company, and all proceeds are invested back into OSF to support our mission.
