Let us talk about beets. Unless you are of Russian descent and enjoy making (and eating…) Borscht, chances are you might be afraid of beets. But, have you tried a raw beet marinated with honey, vinegar, and oil? Just slice them thin and marinate them for atleast 30 minutes. It really is as simple as that.
