Just outside of Nashville, Tennessee lies the Old School Farm, a unique non-profit organization situated on the community campus of The Old School Nashville. Built on the acres surrounding the fully renovated school, our non-profit utilizes the land and space given to us to achieve multiple goals. We are dedicated to producing quality crops through naturally grown, sustainable, and zero waste practices. We offer sustainable farming education, pottery classes, and fresh produce while providing meaningful, long-term employment for individuals with disabilities.
We believe in sustainability as an integral part of responsible production. The Old School Farm was founded in 2013 with the belief that creating a sustainable farm will produce sustainable jobs, ultimately giving back to the community at large.
It is our hope that Old School Farm will become a model site of communal responsibility, where you will find individuals of all abilities working side by side to create a better future.
Our mission is to provide vocation, education, and job opportunities to people of all abilities and backgrounds through art and agriculture.
Our vision is to provide employment for people of all abilities.
